1. Heating method;
It is a way for making different shapes and structures. It will heat
the acrylic until it soften, and then use hands to pinch it to a certain shape
we wanted. The acrylic must be pinched into a shape with one time; this method
requires that the workers should be experienced.
2. Section method;
Stick different colors of acrylic board together and then grind the
fracture surface to make out a shape or structure. The acrylic display stand
made by this method is beautiful and attractive.
3. Shaping method;
This is a method that will also heat the acrylic to make it soften;
but it restructures the acrylic display stand in a prepared mould. This method
is used frequently for large quantity production.
4. Piecing method;
Cut different color acrylic into small pieces we want and then inset
them together on the baseboard. This method requires that the joint work must
be closely and the color must be place rightly (do not make the color mixed in
a wrong way.
