The acrylic display stand needs several steps before it is shown to
us. Any mistake happen may lead to big problems. The followings are the main
manufacturing steps of this display equipment.
1. Blanking (cutting);
The stock size of acrylic board is 1830mm×1220mm, 2160mm×1220uum,
etc. In order to improve the use ratio of acrylic board, we need to draw up the
cutting line on the acrylic board first. The size should be 0.5-3 mm larger
than we need.
2. Planing the fault surface;
This step is to wipe off the burr or un-flat edge of the acrylic
board. Use ordinary grinding machine to finish this step. Make sure the wanted
area for the acrylic display stand should not be damaged.
3. Polishing;
This step is to make the acrylic bright and glossy. Buffing
polishing, flame polishing and diamond polishing are the mostly use ways to
polish the acrylic board. After this step, the effect of the acrylic board will
be improved.
4. Bending;
As for some unique shapes and structures, we will need bending
machine to make it out. The length of the bending line, the angle of the
bending, the thickness of the acrylic board and the heating time are the main
aspects that should consider during the bending process.
5. Bonding;
During this step, the acrylic pieces will be put together and make
out the acrylic display stand. During this step, the important this is that the
bonding location, angle, etc. should all be accurate to make sure the stand is
beautiful and complete.
