Acrylic display stand has some requirements on its usage
environment, especially for its using temperature. The engineer from Shenzhen
Responsy Display would like to share you the using temperature of it.
1. Acrylic material has excellent cutting, it can be cut by laser
cutting process. Acrylic board can resist various kinds of high or low
temperature. The customer does not need to worry about the temperature when
choosing the acrylic display stand.
2. The temperature of acrylic when flawing is about 150℃, but it
will increased to 270℃ when the acrylic start to decompose. So it is flexible on the
temperature change, its production will not be influenced. High temperature
resistance ability is one of the features of acrylic display stand.
3. Acrylic is made of polymethyl methacrylate; this material has polarity
side methyl, it has strong moisture absorption performance. So the acrylic
display stand must keep dry. The drying condition is: dry 5-6 hour under 78-80℃
environment.
4. If the acrylic display stand be exposed to the sunlight for too
long time, it will yellowing and its brightness may be lower. So it should not
be exposed to the sunlight for too long time.
In general, the temperature is an important factor that will
influence the production and usage of acrylic display stand, we need to pay
attention to this aspect when producing and using it.
