Polishing is a process used during the production of acrylic wine
display stand. Its main function is to recover its brightness and glossy. There
are three kinds of polishing ways: buffing polishing, flame polishing and
diamond polishing; different acrylic display stands for wines need different
polishing ways.
1. Flame polishing. The polishing effect of flame polishing is not
good. It uses flame to firing the rough surface of the stand so as to polish
the acrylic wine display stand. This way is suitable for lower request
products. Its polishing speed is fast.
2. Buffing polishing. The polishing result is much better than flame
polishing; and it can not only polish flat surface acrylic display stand for
wines, but also can polish irregular ones. This process is suitable for high
request acrylic wine display stand. However, its polishing speed is slow.
3. Diamond polishing. The advantages of diamond polishing are high
production efficiency, and the polishing result is excellent. However, the
diamond polishing machine can only polish flat surface acrylic wine display stand; it cannot polish hook face.
In general, different polishing ways are used for different
situations; so we need to choose different kinds of polishing ways for the
acrylic wine display stand according to different requests, surface, etc.
