Flame polishing method is frequently used during the acrylic wine
display stand (and other acrylic display stand) polishing process, especially
for the area with unique structure (buffing polishing machine and diamond polishing
machine cannot polish it).
1. Application places;
1) Suitable for sides, concave face, inner bore, curve edge and
other special shape area of the acrylic display stand.
2) Suitable for fast polishing for any burrs at the edge of the
acrylic wine display stand, no matter the thickness of the acrylic board.
2. Maintenance work;
1) If the flame polishing machine won’t be used for long time, turn
off the power and release the rest air inside the machine.
2) Change the electrolyte if it is dirty or if the machine has
worked continuously for more than 1000 hours. Use clean water to clean up the electrolysis
bath and add 25% KOH electrolyte inside it.
3) Do not use the flame polishing machine to polish the acrylic wine display stand on thundering weather, because it may damage the power source for
the electrolysis.
4) If there is no flame (because there is no air come out) during
the polishing process for the acrylic wine display stand, check if the flame
arrester or the fire Arresting trim has been blocked. If it has been stocked,
sock it in warm water for about five minutes, then install it to the machine
and it will work again.
