Comparing with glass, acrylic material has higher light transparency
ability, impact resistance ability; however, acrylic is easier to be scratched
by sharp things and corroded by organic solvents because it is softer than
glass. So we need to pay attention to the followings aspects when using acrylic
wine display stand and other acrylic display stand.
1. Do not put acrylic material together with organic solvent;
Once the acrylic wine display stand get in touch with organic
solvent; it will be corroded and there will be minor cracks on the surface of
acrylic material. The organic solvents including these hydrocarbon solvents, esters
solvent and ketones solvent which contain methylbenzene and quick dry thinners.
2. Do not tear off the protective film or paper during the
transportation;
Acrylic material has low hardness just like aluminum; so we need to
pay attention not to scratch the surface of acrylic display stand for wines. If
the acrylic material has impacted onto sharp and hard matters and been dragged,
there will be scratches on its surface.
3. Do not use the acrylic wine display stand in high temperature
environment;
Acrylic material will transform if it has been heated to 100℃. So do not
apply the acrylic wine display stand into higher than 85℃
environment; otherwise it will transform and its appearance, performance, etc.
will be influenced.
