There will be some bubbles appeared if the silk-screen work to the
acrylic wine display stand is not good; this will not only influence the beauty
of the stand, but also influence its usage and marketing effect.
There are three main reasons that may cause bubbles during the
silk-screen process of acrylic wine display stand (and also acrylic display stand in other industry).
1. There is dust and oil stains on the surface of the display stand;
2. The ink has bubbles or its viscosity is uneven;
3. The silk-screen speed is too fast or the speed is uneven.
There are two reasons that may cause bubbles: the surface tension of
the ink is large because the viscosity is high; then the gas in the ink cannot
escape from the ink film; so it stays inside the ink. If the surface tension is
small, the gas can escape easily, then there is no bubble inside the ink and
the silk-screen result of the acrylic wine display stand will be good.
The followings are two ways to avoid the bubble from appearing during
the silk-screen process of various types of acrylic display stand.
1. Use hydrophobic solvents;
2. If there are bubbles appeared, add some antifoaming agents.
