acrylic display stand |
The followings are some matters that may happen during the
silk-screen process of acrylic display stand.
1. The knit is nonuniform;
Sometimes, the knit on the screen may be nonuniform; this will
influence the ink transfer amount, then the thickness of the ink film will be
different. If it is just a part of the screen is nonuniform, we should avoid
using this part when using it.
2. The surface of the screen is not smooth;
The polyester monofilament used for silk-screen sprinkled made by
jet nozzle. The thickness of the screen is a determine factor of the thickness
of the ink film. The strength of the screen is determined by the strength of
the polyester monofilament and the amount of net in per unit length.
3. The smoothness of the printed material;
Normally, if the smoothness of the printed material is different,
then the result of the silk-screen will be also different. If the surface is
not smooth, we should use the silk-screen that contains fewer nets; if the
surface is smooth, then we need to use the screen that contains more nets.
